Perry finished up in 25th place overall in the 1999 In-Fisherman Professional Walleye Trail Angler of the year shoot-out that was decided Saginaw Bay Michigan with a total of 171 lbs for the six qualifying events .  Perry then finished 23rd overall in the 1999 In-Fisherman Professional Walleye Trail Championship in Madison Wisconsin Roster & Results
