Ted's
trolling tips
The 3rd Hand….
.A
TR-1 Liberator AutoPilot
Have you ever wished that you had a 1st mate
in your boat to help you when trolling? Someone to keep
you on course while you are setting lines, putting out trolling
boards, or reeling in a fish?
Well, I have finally found the answer in a
TR-1 Liberator AutoPilot. This unit is truly awesome! After
using the TR-1 this past year, I just couldn’t run a boat
without one installed in it. The TR-1 keeps my boat going
forward in a pre-set, compass-oriented direction, while
I attend to other duties. This is especially valuable in
tournament conditions where time is critical and the winds
are always trying to blow me off course.
Another great feature of the TR-1 is the tachometer.
By setting the tach to a precise RPM on my kicker motor,
I can return to that exact speed each and every time. Precision
trolling speed and replication is often the difference between
catching fish and watching others catch fish.
Give the
a try, you’ll be glad that you did!
